[  Okay. So apparently he can't actually phase through the cast and get it off that way.  He'd intended on just doing that instead of asking any single person for help or even just going to hospital and waiting for hours for someone there to do it.  But he'd tried, and he couldn't actually get enough space between the cast, the brace and his actual skin to maneuver the room to actually get the thing off. 

So it was either man up and ask for help or what he actually ended up doing:  speeding to Star Labs, stealing a bunch of their speedster-proof alcohol and holing up in his apartment.  

Of course that meant that once he was actually drunk, he turned on some music annoyingly loudly (oh god, it's Taylor Swift, WHY is it Taylor Swift?) and opened up an audio-link. Oh, joy. ] 


Someone! Get this thing off of me! Before I find a saw!

Do not take off the cast. Not until we can get Kara or a proper x-ray to make sure everything has healed up correctly.

[She's reeling in her anger here because it wouldn't do for her to get to the "so help me~" stage.]

...do you want me to get someone else to convince you to keep it on?

Caitlin, I don't want any of it.

[ Well, that was more honest than he would've liked. Damn you, alcohol. ]

[ Look what happens when you're drunk. ]

[She could pursue the line of questioning.]

[ Two minutes later, he gives her an apartment #. ]

[why is she here? why? she has no ties to Savitar other than she fixed his arm. She's here to make sure he doesn't reinjure himself. KNOCK KNOCK.]

[ At some point, Kara went home. Mick? Has yet to come. So he's somewhere between drunk enough to sing Taylor Swift and sober enough to eat a sandwich and watch a movie. All of which make for him stumbling over to open the door and let her in. ]

Huh!

[Considering the last time she had seen a drunk speedster, it was the experimental stuff that they had given Barry when they all had just started]

You are not taking that cast off.

You came all the way over here to repeat yourself?

All the w--Savitar, I literally live in the same building.

[Not something she needs to concern herself with. She looks at the cast then around.]

Did you have guests?

[vivifier]

[ He looks puzzled by that. And then he'll just let her in. Sure. ]

What? Oh just Kara.

[snowandfrost]

Oh good, at least you weren't alone. Where is she? She'll, at least, be able to give us a look into the cast to see how your bones are setting.

[vivifier]

Of course I was alone. [ He waves his uninjured hand. ]

She went home. She's allowed to go home.

[snowandfrost]

I didn't say that she wasn't allowed to go home. I just--

[She shakes her head]
