[  Okay. So apparently he can't actually phase through the cast and get it off that way.  He'd intended on just doing that instead of asking any single person for help or even just going to hospital and waiting for hours for someone there to do it.  But he'd tried, and he couldn't actually get enough space between the cast, the brace and his actual skin to maneuver the room to actually get the thing off. 

So it was either man up and ask for help or what he actually ended up doing:  speeding to Star Labs, stealing a bunch of their speedster-proof alcohol and holing up in his apartment.  

Of course that meant that once he was actually drunk, he turned on some music annoyingly loudly (oh god, it's Taylor Swift, WHY is it Taylor Swift?) and opened up an audio-link. Oh, joy. ] 


Someone! Get this thing off of me! Before I find a saw!

All the w--Savitar, I literally live in the same building.

[Not something she needs to concern herself with. She looks at the cast then around.]

Did you have guests?

[vivifier]

[ He looks puzzled by that. And then he'll just let her in. Sure. ]

What? Oh just Kara.

[snowandfrost]

Oh good, at least you weren't alone. Where is she? She'll, at least, be able to give us a look into the cast to see how your bones are setting.

[vivifier]

Of course I was alone. [ He waves his uninjured hand. ]

She went home. She's allowed to go home.

[snowandfrost]

I didn't say that she wasn't allowed to go home. I just--

[She shakes her head]

What am I even doing here?

[vivifier]

[ He's just going to go and fall on his couch. ]

I don't know, you didn't tell me anything.

[snowandfrost]

I came to make sure that you would not take that cast off.

[vivifier]

Why does it even matter?

[snowandfrost]

Because if your bones grow back and they grow back in an angle, you're stuck like that until it's broken again.

[vivifier]

[ He seriously doubts that there isn't someone here who wouldn't relish the idea of re-breaking his arm. ]

Yeah? No what I meant.

[snowandfrost]

What did you mean then?

[vivifier]

I don't want to be here. I don't want any of this. What's the point of it?

[snowandfrost]

[She's just going to look for the rest of the speedster booze.]

I don't think any of us know the point of being here.

[vivifier]

[ Good luck finding it in his sparse apartment. ]

Uh huh. What're you doing? Why is everyone always sneaking around in here? My apartment is fine</>. I'm fine.

[snowandfrost]

Trying to find if there's any more of that alcohol. I looked at the stock and it looked like there's a significant amount missing.

[vivifier]

Yeah, well, good luck.

[snowandfrost]

Did you drink all of it?

[vivifier]

No! I hid it.

[ From who?]

[snowandfrost]

You hid it.

[She goes over to the couch cushion, lifts it up, and pulls a bottle out from between the cushions]

[vivifier]

[ He snorted. ]

I didn't say I hid it well.

[snowandfrost]

[She shakes her head and knows she could confiscate all of it.]

You keep your cast on until I say it comes off.


...and I'll forget that I saw these bottles here.

[vivifier]

[ He could just go and get more. But it was such a hassle. So. A scowl on his face. ]

How much longer?

[snowandfrost]

Tomorrow morning. I'll have a speedster hangover cure and an x-ray to see how it's healing up.

[She holds up the bottle]
