Who: Cisco and Savitar
What: A much-needed conversation

Cisco has been thinking about it for days. Mick had mentioned- off-hand in that way of his when he doesn't realize what he's saying is a bombshell- that Caitlin had patched up a speedster. One with scars.

It had taken a couple hours just to even process it. Savitar. Here. After everything he and Team Flash had done to stop the guy, he was still here. Still in their lives. For a day after that, he was angry. Furious, even. He'd threatened Cisco's friends; threatened everything that mattered to him. But the more he thought about it- really thought about it- the more the anger faded. He wasn't ready to forgive him for what he'd done, but he was level-headed enough to remember Savitar's motivations. The loneliness. The solitude. Freezing him out could start the whole process all over again. And that? Cisco isn't willing to risk it.

So after another day of psyching himself up, Cisco reaches out. He can't bring himself to video chat, so he sends him a text instead.

Savitar, I think we should talk. I'll be at the park this afternoon.

And then he spends about ten minutes panicking. What if the speedster decides to murder him? But he shoves that thought away. He needs to do this. For himself, if no other reason.

So he makes his way to the park, planting himself on a free bench to wait.

"Not Gideon, man," he insists. "No way."

Not something that Barry Allen built. Good is in his DNA. If future Barry really did build Gideon, then Gideon is good down to the copper wiring.

"Are you- did you really just make that reference?" Cisco is clearly floored. "Dude."

"I don't know what you're talking about." Can he still rock the innocent face? Not so much, really.

"Former super villain makes Portal reference. More news at 11." Cisco snorts at his own joke.

"Ha. You're hilarious." If he can vaguely get along with Cisco, he wonders. Why the hell can't he get along with Frost?

"I know. It's a gift," he says, giving a mock sigh.

"And a curse, right?"

"Nope. Definitely just a gift," he grins. "Why, don't you feel blessed to be in my company?"

"Oh, sure. Vibe the Almighty." Snark will get you everywhere, it seems.

"Your sarcasm is hurtful, man. Seriously." He even looks a little wounded.

"By the way, are you still going by Savitar?" He asks. Important questions are important. "Or do you have, like, a regular person name?"

Savitar doesn't believe that wounding one bit. Sorry, Cisco. "I'm going by Savitar. It's my name." A brief pause. "But because Felicity and Palmer wouldn't let up about it, they've registered me as 'Sam Garrick'."
