Felicity partial lock for Oliver but otherwise OTA
She was married to Oliver Queen, which had been the best for the literal second that it lasted, because then instead of being on her staycation honeymoon she was in Los Angeles caught in some freaking time loop and it kinda sucked.
She was in STAR Labs most of the days, trying to figure out what the hell was going on, but at least everyone was safe and well. She was happy about that. She had been studiously avoiding Oliver since she managed to piece together that they weren't at the same time.
So, Felicity was a coward, sue her. Well, don't do that, bad idea. She knew she needed to talk to Oliver, however, so she made her way to his hospital bed.
"How can you make almost dying look good?" She asked pushing her hair behind her ear with her left hand. "It's not fair," She smiled, albeit slightly strained as she sat down.

Caitlin had stepped away for a minute to run over the latest updates with Harry and Cisco and to check in on the others, confirming that they were receiving treatment well. And perhaps leave Cisco and Mick with a few more ice packs. When she came back, she saw that Felicity had looked like she had been hesitating to talk to Oliver.
She came over and put a hand on her shoulder.
"Hey, you can go talk to him. He should be fully cognizant now. I bet he'd like to see a familiar face."
no subject
"Hey. Yeah, I know. I've been watching him," She spoke to Cait but continued looking at Oliver. I've been avoiding him."
no subject
Her focus was on her friend, brow furrowing.
"Why would you be avoiding him?"
no subject
Felicity turned to face her friend, giving her a small smile.
"I just have to figure out how to let him go."
no subject
"No one ever said that you need to let him go. Maybe you just get a second chance at falling in love with each other again. Without...all that."
She let go, feeling that coldness rise up inside of her, and looked back down at her tablet, seeing that she had other patients to check in on.
"I need to go see how the others are reacting to the treatments we're providing. But you should go visit him. He might be happy to see you."
no subject
"Caitlin wait!" Felicity closed her eyes for a second before opening them up again. "That isn't going to happen. Oliver said his goodbyes to me Cait, in the hospital. He kissed me and I told him I wished he hadn't done that because I deserved more. And I did... I do. The Oliver in that bed is a man who let me go because he thought he was protecting me. He's going to live his life here, thinking that he is doing the right thing. This Oliver is not the man that saved his son from an exploding island, gave up the mask for William and fell in love with me again."
She reached out to Cait. "He's a different man, Caitlin, still the best man I know, but he doesn't know me... not really. We're not together for him."
no subject
"Take it from someone who had a second chance to fall in love with her husband taken away from her, Felicity. If I had an opportunity like you do now, even if it was Ronnie from the past, I wouldn't let it go."
She gave the blonde a gentle push.
"If he fell in love with you again back home, then he could fall in love with you again here."
no subject
"I know. I'm sorry. You're right, but he doesn't love me here, not like that. And circumstances threw us together, you know that. Circumstances that don't exist here. He could fall in love with someone else, just as easily as he could me."

Okay so he kind of does, but it's all about downplaying the danger. "I'm glad you're here." Well. All things considered anyway.
no subject
"I'm always going to be here, you know that or you did anyway," Felicity said softly. "Things are..... complicated, right?"
no subject
"I think it's a safe bet to say that our lives will forever be complicated."
no subject
"I love you," Felicity said looking at him with a small smile. "What's the last thing you remember before here?"
no subject
Oliver closes his eyes. Another person from his future. "I remember Sara dying. Laurel bringing her body back to us. I remember swearing to Laurel that I would find her killer."
And now Sara is gone all over again. Taken away.
no subject
"Sorry," She said, sobering up instantly. "That happened almost 3 years ago for me." She sat back, folding her hands in her lap.
"A lot has happened Oliver, to the City, to the team, to me," She put emphasis on that last part.
no subject
"Tell me you're okay back home. That you're happy."
no subject
"About 2 1/2 to three years if the last thing you remember is JJ being born," Felicity smiled before taking his hand. "Happier then I've been in years actually. The last couple of years have been tough." Felicity took a breath. "I got hurt a couple of years ago and I couldn't walk for awhile, but I'm okay now... I mean obviously because I can totally walk. Things are good. How about you?"

After she talks to Ollie? You choose!
But a flash of blonde hair and familiar voice has him on his feet. "Felicity?"
YES!
She looked over at him as the first tear fell and just moved to give him a hug. She stood there for a time just hugging Barry before speaking.
"Hey," was muttered into his chest.
no subject
"I'm sorry."
no subject
"The last thing he remembers is Sara dying. And pushing me away. He doesn't know anything. Thea, Malcolm, Ra's, the Nazi's, Dahrk." She looked at him clearly frustrated and sad. "There is just so much he doesn't know and most of me wants to just go in there and tell him everything but is that fair?"
Felicity stands up and starts pacing. "I mean how do you tell a man that is pushing you out of his life on purpose, that in 2 and a half years everything you know is turned on its ear. "Hey Oliver, you know how you have a hero complex, yeah well that gets you stabbed and turned into Ras a Ghul, but not before we have sex, and I steal my boyfriend's atom suit and save you. We run away get engaged, I get shot and can't walk, oh and you lie to me so we break up and still have sex..... Stop me please...."
Felicity falls back onto the couch in a heap. She looks over at him. "Sorry, this isn't all about me. How are you doing?"
no subject
"You guys will figure it out," he promises quietly.
"I'm okay. Tired. I feel like I could sleep for a week but we need to keep an eye on everyone and make sure they're all right before I go make sure Barney hasn't like shredded a couch or something."
no subject
Felicity sighed softly as she made herself more comfortable on the couch. "Come here," She said patting her lap with a pillow she grabbed on it. "You need to sleep. I'll keep watch and if something happens I'll wake you okay?"
no subject
"Mhm. You're the best Felicity."
A slow blink. "Gotta introduce you to my dinosaur later."
no subject
Felicity almost missed what Barry said. "Wait, did you say dinosaur?"
