One minute, she's running from one end of the engineering lab to the classroom across campus, the next, she skids to a halt and is standing in what looks like a looming tower. She knows that she doesn't have speedster abilities, definitely not Earth-hopping abilities, but this? This is definitely not Central City.

Crystal Raymond looks around to try to get her bearings. Her yellow heels make for not great walking shoes as she hears the gravel crunch beneath the leather. She looks down at her phone and notices that it's acting strange, giving her options that she hadn't seen before. Strangely enough, her contacts seemed to have disappeared. It looks similar to her phone but definitely isn't it. Crys frowns at it then hits the video option and sends it to whomever she could reach.

"Hello? Is anyone out there?" she calls out, hoping the video would reach someone familiar, at the very least.

[He's going to be one of those difficult ones, isn't he?]

Right. Okay. Well, uh...there's bound to be a STAR Labs facility here, right?

[ Well, doy. ]

There is. Yes.

[froststorm]

Great!

[She looks relieved]

I just need to get there and uh...see if I can get in touch with the Central City facility and it'll all work out.

[vivifier]

It is the Central City facility.

[froststorm]

Even better.

[She doesn't usually like to use her clout but when time is broken. She looks around then back at him.]

Uh...thanks!

[She takes a few steps along the gravel before she takes off her shoes and just starts walking barefoot.]

[vivifier]

...sure?

Most people wear shoes, though.

[froststorm]

Have you walked across town in high heels? Not looking forward to something like blisters.

[She almost looks young for her age: Yellow a-line skirt to her knees, white tee shirt tucked neatly into her skirt, dark orange chunky necklace and bracelet. But the white lab coat throws it off.]

Have you ever walked through the middle ages in no shoes? I don't envy the infections you'll get.

[froststorm]

...No. I'll put them on before I get there, I guess. There's no other way for me to get transportation.

[Well...there is one way but she is not an expert in it and hasn't actually tried it yet.]

[vivifier]

You could ask one of the many speedsters.

[froststorm]

Yeah? How am I gonna know if they're not going to run me into a wall or something?

[vivifier]

Because who wants to break their own body for a joke?

[froststorm]

There's only one speedster that's good that I've seen so far.

[vivifier]

Wow. Bully for you?

[froststorm]

More like Flash can beat any speedster out there.

[Does she look proud? She is proud.]

[vivifier]

[ He snorts. ] Barely.

[froststorm]

He can.

[vivifier]

Not without help.

[froststorm]

Well, of course not without help. But still. Haven't met that many speedsters that were on the side of good. How many speedsters are here? Is Flash here?

[vivifier]

Three. And yes.

[froststorm]

Three?

[She perks up when he says that Flash is here. Crys scrolls through the contacts that she sees in the device. Her joy then turns to one of confusion]

...you said the Flash is here. I don't see him in here.

[vivifier]

He is so. I just saw him.

[froststorm]

He isn't.

[She's not giving away Flash's secret identity]

[vivifier]

Excuse me, but I know when Barry Allen is here or not.

[froststorm]

Barry? What would he have anything to do with the Flash?

[She laughs]

Barry's just the director of CSI at Central City PD.
