1978 Soviet Russia. It's a bit of a difference from his visit to Russia, but it's also eerily similar. Trade is done in barter versus money, strength is a resouce and his status as a Bratva Captian still means something to the men populating the area. As the video snaps on he's got a heavy jacket on, complete with the epaulets of a Soviet Captain, a couple of bottles of vodka and a bag filled with food.

"До Свидания, друзья!" A salute as he leaves, a call that is echoed by the other Russians in the camp, clearly entertained by the archer.

"Well I'll say one thing - not all of the locals are hostile if you know how to talk to them."

If you're asking for a description more detailed than 'time storm' and 'broken time' you are absolutely asking the wrong person. [Still. He has very good vodka. Black bread. And a new coat that he hadn't really wanted, but they'd insisted.]

[A beat as he considers his face.] And you are yet another Barry Allen that's shown up here. I think that makes three now.

[He shakes his head]

I do apologize, Mr. Queen but you're no longer with us where I'm from.

[A mild sort of a shrug.] I've been considered dead before, so it's not that much of a shock. And when you say "where I'm from" what do you mean?

[commanderspecs]

I've been told there are other Earths, which sounds like that episode of Commander Carl that just premiered last week and I hardly think that I'm in league with a Space Marshall.

For instance, where I'm from, Oliver Queen was pronounced dead after the Gambit went down. Only his father survived that wreck.

We were both pronounced dead.

[ANYWAY. Enough about that.] So you know about the different Earths. What about here? Has someone given you the basics?

[commanderspecs]

Yes.

[Guess who's displeased.]

I'm a meta now because of the same thing that brought me here in the first place.

If it's any consolation, you aren't the only one. [At least as far as Oliver knows. Rory is the only one he knows for certain developed unexpected powers.

You'd need to talk to the more science minded to try and get an explanation as to why.

I'd like to think I'm science minded, Mr. Queen.

You might be, but I'm not. So it's going to fall to someone else to give you that sort of breakdown.

The science makes sense; it's the entropic nature of it all that makes it baffling.

That I can't answer. All I can say is that others have called it some kind of time storm. Storms are often chaotic.

Did you get powers when you came here as well?

Not that I'm aware of.

But I do know of at least one other who's developed abilities he doesn't remember from his own time.
