[He drops his phone with another annoyed sound. Immediately, he gets down to pick it up. If Savitar looks closely,
he would see that there's the barest traces of electricity along his fingers]

Clap your hands together, then go like this. [ He demonstrates clapping his hands together once and then pushing them outwards like he's shoving something away. If it's what he suspects, that should do...something, anyway. ]

[He wanders over to a park where he can set the phone down, propping it up a little. When his hands are finally free, he claps his hand and pushes outward, eyes widening almost comically when lightning bolts look like they're shooting from his hands and into a tree]

[He pales and looks like he's about to hyperventilate. Instead, he passes out]
