Tony could see Steve's shield about to slam down on his chest and he was totally and completely terrified. This was his friend who was about to kill him. For a moment he wanted to keep his eyes open to let Steve see the light fade out of his eyes. But he was a coward and he closed his eyes only to open them to more madness.

There were pirates....and mobsters and was that a dinosaur? Tony scrambled to his feet and double checked his power levels. He didn't have much juice left, but it would be enough. Then a voice skirted across his mind. "Who is this asshole....the tin man?" That voice was followed by another and another and he groans falling to his knees.

What the hell was going on?

She had seen him come in and saw that he was getting more attention that he probably was expecting. The cryokinetic frowned a little from where she had been gathering information and let her eyes shift and ice blades appear underneath her shoes as she skated over and put herself between the tin man and the mobsters who were starting to look a little unfriendly.

Another one. I wonder if he's from the past.

She stared down the mobsters and raised her hand, cold air rolling off of her palms, "back off."

Tin Man's new friends growled at her, then decided to turn around: today was not a day to fight off a super. Once they were out of sight, she turned to him, unnaturally ice blue eyes gazing down before offering her hand.

"You okay?"

Tony blinked but wasn't all that surprised to see a woman with powers He knew plenty of those. He flashed her his best. "Hi I'm trying to be charming even though the world is going to shit around me." smile. He shakes her offered hand. "Tony Stark and I'm fine...my armor not so much." He waves at the beaten up metal he was wearing. "When are we and who brought us here if you don't mind my asking."

"Well, it's kind of complicated. I think maybe Tio might be able to help you with your suit." She tried to help pull him onto his feet so that they could walk. "Short version is that we got pulled into some kind of time storm and into a really weird version of Los Angeles that has other hallmarks throughout time. What year was it when you last checked?"

"2016," Tony says quietly, "my name is Tony Stark by the way. I don't suppose you've hear of a man by the name of Steve Rogers or Bucky Barnes have you?" The question is asked with more than a little fear right now. "They were the last people I was with before I came here."

1. Just how many people were going to be from the past?

"Crystal Raymond," she offers back. "And...no, not really. But! If it's any consolation, I'm actually from 2042 so it's very possible that Steve and Bucky are from my past? It's going to be okay! I'm sure we're going to get Gideon fixed and the Waverider up and running again."
