The time storms have passed. The sick are restored.
In a place like L.A. with random shards of time appearing here and there, with friends who now had pet dragons and dinosaurs and were from random points in time..

A man like Oliver Queen who prides himself on control finds himself largely out of control.

But for once? For once it's been nice because letting go of that control has brought him Caitlin Snow (and or occasionally Frost) and their little dragon Pilot.

He's almost been happy.
No. He is happy.

Which is why he sends Pilot with a note for Caitlin to meet him in Paris.

It's high time they do their date right.

"I thought this might be a nice place to visit. One of the benefits of where we are - we can see Paris without the hassle of packing, customs or passports." He offers her his arm with a smile. "There's a great cafe down the street."

She takes his arm and falls into step with him.

"Have you actually been to Paris?" she asks. It doesn't seem too out of Oliver's travels to be able to make it out to Europe a few times.
