[Here's Caitlin Snow in the halls of Camelot; she's in one of Guinevere's blue gowns and clutching a golden goblet for dear life, trying to hide a snorting laugh behind it. She shakes her head and reaches for the phone. It moves and it's clear that one of the more rambunctious knights have gotten a hold of her phone.]

No! I need that back!

[She's still giggling and laughing. If she thinks about it, she doesn't remember the last time she's laughed this much. The video is shaking with laughter as well and keeps the phone out of Caitlin's reach.]

[She pauses, considering]

You were going to hurt Cisco with the other thing. I couldn't let you do that.

Did you really want to hurt Cisco?

[Look at her face]

Why does that matter?

Yes. Because if you didn't want to hurt Cisco, that means you still have a heart. You still care about others.

[Basic human emotion. Not that he used to be Barry.]

Right. And of course, if I did want to hurt Cisco then I'm a monster, because there's no reason for that ever.

[snowandfrost]

You're not a monster. You're just hurt.

[She wobbles toward him]

You're hurt because we made you hurt. And we shouldn't have made you hurt.

[ He grabs her elbow to keep her upright. ]

[snowandfrost]

[She wags a finger in his face]

[ Swatting her hand out of his face. ]

[She makes a lineface at him. Or as best of one she can do, given the circumstances]

I say so. You're--you've been through too much. We shouldn't've ignored you. Or did whatever we did in the future.

[ Oh, the face of someone who is increasingly frustrated. ]

[snowandfrost]

[She sticks her chin up at him]

[She walks over until she could get close and wobbles a little]

[She looks at him, a little unfocused]

[She's able to steady herself for a moment.]

[ Looking off and really wishing he were enough of a jerk that he'd run off. ]

[She reaches up and her fingertips brush agains the scar on his cheek]
