[ That is a very good question, isn't it? Kara no doubt left at some point once the speedster alcohol started wearing off and at some point he turned off the music. Probably once the pounding headache and swirling vertigo and nausea started. All of which have him on the couch, glaring at the leftover cans of speedster booze and debating drinking another one just to see if it gets rid of the headache.
