It's strange is all, he thinks. Cisco was his friend, and then suddenly Cisco wasn't for reasons that he hadn't even been able to comprehend at the time. He'd had family and then suddenly he'd lost everyone through various means. And he'd been in so much pain that he couldn't handle any of it. He barely even been able to keep himself alive.
And now here Cisco is, offering to help for...whatever reasons he has. And it's everything he'd ever wanted in the future he'd left behind and nothing he'd wanted in the timeline he'd just left. And again, he has no idea how to comprehend it.
