Cisco actually has to think about it for a second. Why does he care? Is it because half the guy's face is the same as his best friend's? No, he doesn't think so. Savitar isn't Barry, and he knows it. So why care about Savitar at all?
Maybe because without the armor and the plotting and the speed, he's just a guy. A guy who had been alienated from his family. And damned if Cisco doesn't know what that's like.
Not that he'll say any of that, of course. He and Savitar aren't on a heart-to-heart basis yet.
