[The video opens to show Barry-2 out of focus. He's stumbling along the hallway of the apartments and trying to essentially crawl along the wall for support. His eyes look unfocused and he looks paler than normal. He's also clammy looking and is barely holding on.]

I apologize for the inability on the part of the ship to bring you home, or to contain the fragments of time that continue to pierce where we have landed.

However my concern is the temporal radiation leaking through the shield I have built around this small area of the city.

Those that were changed by the radiation as they fell through time are suffering an overexposure to the radiation. Temporal radiation poisoning.
Without the proper treatment, I'm afraid that they will die.

He can still hear Gideon's voice echoing in his head. I'm afraid that they will die.

The anguish that thought causes him is suffocating. They will die. No. No, he won't let that happen.

Unfortunately, a background in mechanical engineering isn't exactly helpful when it comes to radiation sickness. But he does happen to know a man with a pretty solid knowledge of literally everything biology. He's never been more grateful to have access to a Harrison Wells.

It's no surprise to find him invading Cisco's workshop, especially since he's actually fondly started to think of it as their workshop. Normally there would be a snarky comment in place of a greeting, but Cisco doesn't have it in him. Not now.
