Rip wasn't sure how he got here or where here was. One moment he'd been in a cell at the Time Bureau and now he was here. He had attempted to look around but when he opened his eyes all he could see was Time. Thread upon thread of broken and shattered time and he could see it all. It was overwhelming to the former Time Master and he tried to shut his eyes to it only to find the threads burned on the back of his eye lids.
He shivered and opened his eyes again. The threads were still there as were their outcomes. Millions of broken branches with millions of choices and he had no idea which ones were the right threads to focus on. He had a raging headache and couldn't move. Was this his punishment...to see Time and try to figure out the best way to fix it? Rip didn't know....he just wanted a way to control it so he could move again and find help.
