Speedster in the Slow Lane [Open action]

After his encounter with one of his grandfather's alternates, Bart isn't really sure how long he spent unconscious. Grandsparky had left him on the couch with a blanket and a present in the form of the power dampener melted around his wrist. If he'd had even a tiny amount of his speed, that wouldn't be a problem, but he can't vibrate free, and without the aid of the Speed Force, every muscle in his body hurts from the forced contractions caused by all that electricity.

Still, he can't stay where he is, because he has to find a way to keep Barry from hurting anyone else, and get this blasted thing off his wrist so he can. Which means he has to get help. STAR Labs is the first place to come to mind, and he hopes as he slowly makes his way there that nobody else is acting in such a strange manner, but really doubts it. Things never seem to be on a nice, small scale. But he can totally hope there's either someone who isn't trying to rock the villain look there, or just some tools that will help with the removal.

[OOC: Catch Bart trudging along the city streets or at STAR Labs. He's not exactly a happy camper after what Barry-2 did to him, and knowing he'll probably have to plan on round 2.]
