In her head, Felicity knew that Cait was right, but something wasn't meshing and she didn't know what it was. She hated mysteries.

"Felicity, it's going to be okay. Just...go talk to him," she urged. "Really, seeing familiar faces after a health scare is probably one of the best medicines you can have. Even if he is different here, he still is one of your closest friends, isn't he? So maybe you could start there. I would find it really hard to imagine Oliver not wanting to see you."

"There will never be a time when he won't be my friend."
