Cisco stares at the unconscious body of his friend. Mick looks even worse for wear than Oliver, and that's saying a lot. Hopefully it has more to do with the alcohol than the storm.
"We need to put out some kind of warning," he insists. "Oliver got hit by a weird storm that's coming in, and I have a feeling Mick did too. Anyone who got powers when they came here is in danger."
